PHOBIAS

I offer a no change no charge agreement and you decide how much you want to pay for removing these types of fear from your life. Phobias are usually simple to change.

The change is easily testable with the exception of flying phobias unless you have a flight planned very soon after treatment. I invite you to be curious as this intervention is not specifically CBT based.

I have used it for over 20 years and have had great results. In a workshop I attended we practised it on each other and I applied it to a fear of dogs I had learned after getting bitten by a friends American pitbull (Barny) – ouch! – apparently it was only saying hello.

I survived but noticed that I was having an anxiety response which would get worse when seeing dogs of this type. I even started crossing the road to avoid them. After the workshop the anxiety response had completely diminished and I am now free to enjoy the presence of all breeds of dogs once again.
